LG Electronics India has opened the R200, a notebook PC with a 2.5 inch supplementary LCD display on the top.
Embattled at the high-end home segment the R200 sports a functional novelty called Sideshow, which provides the expediency of enjoying sideshows, pay attention to music, and accessing Windows mail, using the supplementary Display on the top without really booting the system. It has a piano black design with red touch responsive buttons on glossy black backdrop and features DirectX 10.
The R200 sports a 12″ widescreen and is equipped with Intel Core2 Duo processor, 1 GB RAM and 160 GB HDD. It has the latest devoted graphics of ATI Mobility Radeon HD2400 and the most recent built-in Bluetooth/Intel Wireless (802.11 abg).
Business Group Head, IT Division, said, “We strive to make new and ground-breaking products that allow people to give the client delight. We at LG think that R200 model laptop will transform the way people perceive technology.” The R200 is available for Rs. 79,990.
